14 NOVEMBER, ARA DAMANSARA – They say lightning doesn’t strike twice, but that does not seem to apply to Sime Darby Property Berhad (“Sime Darby Property” or “Company”) as the Company successfully achieved 100% take-up rates for its recently launched Dayana Phase 2 and Serenia Aiora Phase 1 homes. This continues the Company’s achievement with Elmina Green Five in City of Elmina and Trilia in Bukit Jelutong which were launched in recent weeks.

Sime Darby Property Group Managing Director, Dato’ Azmir Merican credits the successful launches to homebuyers’ confidence in the brand and its dedication in fulfilling the market demand for homes in prime locations at the right price point.

“Sime Darby Property products are in high demand because homebuyers identify our brand with excellent quality and value. These factors check all the boxes a homebuyer would have, including homes designed to cater to evolving lifestyles and needs. A substantial amount of research went into the development of our products, which we are consistently improving to offer more spacious interiors with versatile spaces that can be converted into home offices or for learning.”

A key contributor to Sime Darby Property’s recent string of successes is the in-house developed Online Booking System (“OBS”), a virtual platform that allows homebuyers to book their preferred units from any part of the world, without having to leave the comfort of their homes. The OBS has made the entire homebuying process with Sime Darby Property simpler, efficient, and more intuitive.
