SHAH ALAM – S P Setia Bhd (“Setia” or “the Group”) has launched contemporary, double-storey terrace homes – Ferrous 3 – in the vibrant, art-inspired township of Setia AlamImpian in Shah Alam on August 3, 2024.
Ferrous 3, which is the third phase of their Ferrous series, will be built in one of their Industrial Arts Precinct – Previously, the first phase of Ferrous, which was launched in March 2023 is 100% taken-up, while the Ferrous 2 (which was launched in November 2023), is currently 60% taken-up.
