Mazer Fintech introduces JomSETTLE™: JomSETTLE™ to empower property transaction with credit card

test

7 APRIL, KUALA LUMPUR – iProperty has hosted an event to connect real estate agencies with the introduction of jomSETTLE™ ‘A new financial platform,’ a first of its kind financial technology platform that enables property transaction through credit cards payment. The event was graced by an opening speech by Mr. Shylendra Nathan, Country Manager of iProperty Malaysia.

The purpose of the event comes with the hopes of bringing great value to the Top Real Estate Agencies in Malaysia by enabling them to accept payment of their property-related transactions via credit card. jomSETTLE™ is the first Malaysian Fintech company to offer such services.

With the existence of jomSETTLE™ in the market, property buyers and tenants can get access to the credit facilities on their credit cards. Now, they can pay for their property down payment, deposit, rent, legal fee, stamp duty, and renovation fee via credit card, even when their recipient does not have any credit card receiving facilities. JomSETTLE™ can be used and accessed through their web jomsettle.com, and a mobile-enabled platform where users can now make transactions regardless of time and location.

The feedback received by Top Real Estate Agencies has been positively great throughout the event. Together, jomSETTLE™ and these real estate agencies will roll out this service through the real estate agents under them. With this new fintech platform, we hope to help more property buyers and tenants to have better access to positive cash flow, while they are in the process of securing their dream properties.
