10 January, KUALA LUMPUR – M City, one of the iconic developments developed by Mah Sing Group Berhad (Mah Sing) has received a recognition from the Malaysia Book of Records for housing the First Multi-Level Thematic Suspended Gardens in Malaysia. Each of the suspended gardens is designed to follow a unique theme which is part of M City’s garden city living concept.
The gardens are defined by a variation of themes such as Lagoon Park at Level 7, Bamboo Groove at Level 11, Spring Park at Level 17, Altitude Sky Club at Level 23, Tropical Sanctuary at Level 29 and Sky Garden at Level 35 rooftop. All of the thematic gardens have their own unique ambience which offer leisure alternatives to the residents who have different preferences.

Lagoon Park at level 7 is actually a landscape podium dominated by an impressive reflecting pool which meanders across the entire podium. The reflecting pools hugs around garden spaces and apartment balcony creating an urban sanctuary of serenity.
Level 11 – Bamboo Grove
The Bamboo Grove is designed as a meditative space inspired by Japanese Zen garden. Using predominantly bamboo in the garden, it evokes a sense of calmness.
Level 17 – Spring Park
Spring Park features a stream that flows through the sky garden. It is an unexpected element of surprise as it is located on the 17th floor.
Level 23 – Altitude Sky Club
Altitude Sky Club at the 23rd floor focuses on ‘action’. This floor houses a 25m lap pool and a 15m lounge pool. The spaces surrounding the pools are designed for friends and family to get together. Connecting to the pool area is also the 23rd floor’s sky garden. Here, the recreation space continues with the provision of a children’s play zone surrounded by a lavish garden.
Level 29 – Tropical Sanctuary
Tropical Sanctuary features forest trees on the 29th floor. Finished with timber decking, it is planted with a variety of forest trees which bring a touch of nature to this sky garden.
Level 35 – Sky Garden
The rooftop garden at level 35 interlinks all 3 towers together with gardens & sky bridge. All 3 rooftop gardens are designed with different energy level zone & functions to satisfy the complexity of the urban vibe & lifestyle.
