9 June 2020, KUALA LUMPUR – The main hurdle for current new home ownership is affordability. With the hopes to make young working professionals’ dream of owning their first home, Newfields Land is proud to unveil their new Easy Home Ownership programme that includes monthly payment as low as RM 820 per month and no payments during construction periods.

Newfields Land hopes to fulfil every first time buyers’ dream of owning a home as easily as possible in lieu of their new project, Habitus, the first high-rise development in the heart of the City of Elmina.  The programme, in partnership with Maybank Islamic’s HouzKEY, is open to all Malaysians who are looking to finance their first or second home. They will be given 100% financing which requires no down payment and only three months of refundable deposit. Buyers also do not have to worry about payment during construction as they only will need to start paying monthly upon vacant possession of the property. They also will enjoy the lowest monthly payment that starts at RM 820 for an unit of Habitus.

Denai Alam is rapidly growing into a serene and mature community and Newfields Land embarked on building Habitus, an exclusive project located within the City of Elmina. The township is a cornerstone development in Selangor Vision city and Habitus is the first high rise service apartment in this township with close proximity to DASH & Guthrie Highway, NSE and NKVE which allows access to the KL City Centre within 20 minutes.

While being heavily inspired for modern day family living, Habitus was designed with upscale elements fit for young working professionals with families. Special features include an infinity pool on the landscaped garden deck allowing beautiful panoramic views of the township, co-living and co-working spaces, sky loft lounge and gourmet dining area fitted with up-to-date cooking equipment and multi tiered security system. Various units are currently available with prices starting at RM 270, 000 and unit sizes ranging from 565 sq ft to 998 sq ft.

Mr. Seow Voon Ping, the Managing Director of Newfields Land said, “Habitus is designed to bring the enjoyment of condo living, with all the facilities to this fantastic location. Being able to offer our designer product homes to the Newfields Easy Home Ownership platform, I believe it will allow keen first time buyers the opportunity to own a great home in this well planned and highly connected township”. With the collaboration with Maybank in place, he hopes that the programme will encourage young buyers to consider Habitus to be a desirable first home.

Buyers also will enjoy additional perks such as free legal and SPA fees, free kitchen fittings and free air conditioners in living spaces plus free maintenance fee for the first year. Newfields Land was established in 2004 by Newfields Group as the property development arm.

Since its conception, they have built various commercial and residential projects across Klang Valley. Recent key projects include Maisson in Ara Damansara, The Sanderson in Bukit Serdang and Puchong Gateway.
