Connectivity in a DASH

The recent completion of the Damansara-Shah Alam Elevated Expressway (DASH) has elevated the City of Elmina’s appeal up a notch with its improved connectivity. The 20.1km-long DASH, has a total of 13 interchanges and connects the City of Elmina to other popular areas such as Kota Damansara, Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya and Mont Kiara in under 30 minutes (*time may vary subject to traffic conditions).

With the DASH, residents of the City of Elmina also enjoy easier access to other important highways such as Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP), North Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), Penchala Link and the Sprint Expressway.

A Vibrant Space to Ber-TEMU

Located at the gateway to Elmina East, the recently completed TEMU Commercial Centre is the first lifestyle-centric commercial precinct in the area. Officially opened to the public in November 2022, the commercial precinct has been receiving a slew of tenancy enquiries and is currently a bustling lifestyle centre with a wide variety of restaurants, convenience stores and retail stores.

The upcoming Elmina Lakeside Mall will be the first neighbourhood mall within the City of Elmina and is set for completion in 2024. It boasts more than 200,00 sq ft of net lettable area with an invigorating outdoor alfresco retail concept that features biophilic elements such as lakeside dining outlets, landscaped boulevards, water features and natural surroundings.

Future Educational Options

The Elmina Education Hub is planned to accommodate a holistic array of educational options including national, vernacular and international schools. The education hub will be simultaneously inaugurated with SJK(C) Regent Elmina, which is expected to be completed by 2025 and ready for enrolment in the following year.
