The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted our lives in many ways. Many of us have lost loved ones from the pandemic, as cases continue to rise. Even our health system is struggling to cope with the number of patients wheeling in every day.

On top of that, many people are struggling to put food on the table. But it’s during this time of crisis that we see the true kind-heartedness of Malaysians. Let’s support the #BenderaPutih movement and #TengokJiranKita to help those in need, especially if you’re able to do.

If you’re looking for help (don’t need to feel malu, just reach out!) or you want to help others, we’ve compiled a comprehensive list of food banks available in Malaysia. Click the links provided to contact them and to learn more about each organisations’ food bank initiative.

Alternatively, you can also visit the #KitaJagaKita website and the Sambal SOS website for food bank locations nearest to you.
