1Borneo is a leasehold mixed development located at Jalan Sulaiman Highway, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Completed in 2008, this project was jointly developed by Warisan Harta Sabah Sdn Bhd, Sagajuta Sdn Bhd and United Sabah Islamic Association.
