Astana Setia Sdn. Bhd. (ASSB) is the construction arm of LSH Group. ASSB was established on the 10th October 2010 and commenced its business on the 26th of November 2010. Equipped with multi-disciplinary experience, our construction division is able to manage and complete turnkey building and infrastructure projects, provide Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services and advise the government or private sectors with cost-effective solutions. Projects we have taken up include C&S, Aluminum, Plumbing and M&E works for Ekocheras Mall, DUKE highway's construction since 2014 and is currently undertaking phase 3 of the highway, as well as the River of Life project. In 2017, ASSB was involved in the prestigious KL Digital City, building the Egress Bridge for UOA in Malaysia’s first 5G Smart City. ASSB’s diverse list of clients also includes Desa Park City. In addition, our construction division has also embraced cutting edge technologies such as Building Information Modelling (BIM).
