KUALA LUMPUR: TSLAW Land celebrated another momentous milestone with the successful topping-out of Skyline Kuchai on 31st March 2026. This event held at Level 58 rooftop, signify the remarkable construction progress which is targeted to complete by end of 2026, 10 months ahead of schedule.
The 4.8-acre development comprises of 2 towers featuring 1,838 apartments with unit sizes from 550 sqft to 1,470 sqft. The entire facilities area will occupy over 100,000 sqft, offering various facilities that cater to multigenerational lifestyle. Skyline Kuchai exemplifies the principles of a Transit-Oriented Development (TOD), offering residents connectivity to the heart of the city via the Kuchai Lama MRT Station located just 500M away.
“Skyline Kuchai is the second development under the Skyline series to be completed this year. We handed over Skyline KL in January 2026. We aim to revitalize and elevate the living standards in Kuchai Lama and this preludes the introduction of our 26-acre KLX mix development which we aim to launch soon”, says TSLAW Land’s Executive Director Law Wai Cheong.
