HARMONI SEBERANG PERAI TENGAH, PENANG | 26 APRIL 2026
Golden Village Properties (GVP) today celebrated a significant milestone with the Key Handover  Ceremony for Residensi Pauh Harmoni, a Rumah MutiaraKu (RMKu) Type C development  realised through close collaboration with the Lembaga Perumahan Negeri Pulau Pinang (LPNPP).

The ceremony was officiated by YB Dato’ Seri Sundarajoo A/L Somu, Penang State EXCO for  Housing and Environment, who reaffirmed the State Government’s ongoing commitment to  ensuring that every family, particularly those in the B40 and M40 income groups, has the  opportunity to own comfortable, safe, and affordable homes.

Residensi Pauh Harmoni marks GVP’s first high-rise development in Seberang Perai, representing  an important step in the company’s portfolio expansion. The project was successfully completed  on schedule, reflecting the company’s strong commitment to construction quality and efficient  delivery.

The development comprises a seven-storey residential block with 112 units, each ranging from  800 to 900 square feet, featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each unit is designed with  an emphasis on comfort, natural ventilation, and lighting, and is complemented by lifestyle  facilities such as a swimming pool, gymnasium, playground, multipurpose hall, and a multi-tier  security system.

According to Eugene Fong Chuen, Deputy Managing Director of GVP, the successful completion  of the project was the result of close collaboration among various stakeholders, including  government agencies, local authorities, property agencies, financial institutions, contractors,  professional consultants, and the local community.

“This project is not merely about physical development, but about building a sustainable and  harmonious community. We deeply appreciate the support from all parties, especially our  purchasers who have placed their trust and confidence in us. For many of them, this is their first  home—and we are proud to be part of such an important milestone in their lives,” he said.

As part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, Golden Village Properties also  carried out infrastructure improvements in the surrounding area, including road upgrading and  resurfacing works to enhance comfort and safety for the local community.

The ceremony also witnessed the symbolic handover of keys to 30 homebuyers, marking the  beginning of a new chapter in their lives.

GVP reaffirmed its commitment to continuing the development of high-quality projects that not  only meet housing needs but also create added value for the community and the environment.
