Buy a Home, Win the World: IOI Properties Turns 30 with Global Giveaways

test

IOI Properties Group Berhad (IOIPG) celebrated turning 30 in Johor with a celebration that was all about the people who made it possible and the exciting journey ahead.

Launched on April 1st and running until June 30, 2025, the 30 Years Together campaign is more than a property promo—it’s a celebration of the bonds IOIPG has built over time. To mark the milestone, the developer has rolled out a campaign called 30 Years Together—a year-long tribute packed with perks, meaningful incentives, and a chance to win a once-in-a-lifetime global travel package.

Celebrating More Than Buildings

From its first and largest township in Kulai, IOIPG’s presence now spans across the state, growing alongside Johoreans for three decades.

“Since 1995, IOI Properties Group has grown with the people of Johor through our signature developments such as Bandar Putra Kulai, Taman Lagenda Putra, Taman Kempas Utama and Bandar IOI Segamat, encompassing a diverse range of quality product offerings to foster holistic, self-sustaining townships,” said Lim Beng Yeang, Chief Operating Officer, Property Segment, Southern Region, IOIPG.

“As we look back on three decades of mutual trust and collaboration, we celebrate all the things that bring us together and look forward to many more years of partnership and prosperity. To commemorate this momentous occasion, we launched our 30 Years Together campaign to reward our customers with the chance to win a once-in-a-lifetime getaway around the world!”

And that “something exciting” isn’t your typical rebate. Along with a generous spread of homebuying rewards, the campaign includes a Grand Draw where one lucky buyer could win a fully paid trip for two to up to 30 international destinations.

An Exciting Campaign Built for Real Life

The 30 Years Together campaign is packed with perks that help turn a house into a home—or launch a business from the ground up. Buyers of selected IOIPG projects across the state of Johor will enjoy exciting incentives during the campaign period, such as:

  • Renovation subsidies of up to RM30,000
  • Purchase rebates of up to 2%
  • 3x lucky spin chances with exciting prizes
  • Complimentary furniture and electrical appliances
  • Up to RM300,000 in business grants for selected commercial units

On top of that, existing IOIPG property owners are entitled to an additional 0.5% rebate through the Club IOI loyalty program.

Whether you’re buying your first home, investing in a commercial space, or upgrading for the future, these rewards offer meaningful value, not just gimmicks.

See the World with IOI

Here’s where things get really interesting. Purchasers who complete the sale of selected residential, commercial and industrial (factory units only) properties before June 30, 2025, will be automatically entitled to participate in the campaign’s monthly lucky draws.

Then in July, one winner, chosen for the Grand Draw, will be walking away with a travel package for two, eligible for up to 30 international destinations.

“Property and home ownership is often a lifelong journey, and in recognition of the support from our valued customers over the past 30 years, we would like to present them a golden opportunity to experience more of what life has to offer, with a whirlwind adventure across the globe. Those looking for a home or investment can speak with our friendly sales consultants to learn more about our expansive portfolio in Johor,” said Lim.

A Legacy That’s Still Growing

IOIPG’s Johor story began in 1995 with its flagship Bandar Putra Kulai township—a bold vision at the time, but now a thriving community covering over 5,600 acres and home to more than 70,000 residents. That success laid the groundwork for future developments like Bandar IOI Segamat, Taman Kempas Utama, Taman Lagenda Putra, and several urban high-rise projects.

What’s made IOIPG stand out is its focus on full-scale township living. From residential and commercial lots to schools, malls, and even golf resorts, their developments are designed with long-term liveability in mind.

The Johor Advantage

With the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ) on the horizon and major infrastructure projects in the pipeline, Johor is quickly becoming a magnet for smart property investment. IOIPG is riding that wave with upcoming launches in strategic locations. The JS-SEZ is designed to attract high-value investments and job creation across diverse sectors like medicine, pharmaceuticals, aviation, logistics, education, financial services, energy and the digital economy.

“There has never been a better time to invest in Johor. From exclusive landed homes to serviced apartments, shop offices and industrial factory units, our Southern portfolio offers a comprehensive range of properties for every need. Property seekers can stay tuned for exciting new launches of landed homes in Bandar Putra Kulai and Bandar IOI Segamat, as well as a SOHO development in Taman Kempas Utama near the new ETS station at Jalan Permatang in the next few months,” said Nicole Lee, Head, Group Sales & Marketing and Branding, IOIPG.
