Riverville Residences consists of 473 units with two blocks that are 21 storey and 22 storey high respectively. Despite being a high-rise condominium, Riverville Residences is relatively affordable as compared to other existing and upcoming condominiums. Various facilities ranging from gym, clubhouse or swimming pool can also be found in Riverville Residences.

Riverville Residences is located at Old Klang Road, a well-known area. Riverville Residences is surrounded by various known townships such as Taman Desa, Seputeh, and Taman Sri Sentosa. The difference between Type A, B, C, and D is the layout design of the unit, with Type A being 1116 square feet, Type B at 1210 square feet, Type C at 1304 square feet and Type D at 1400 square feet.
