The Parque Residences, developed by Eco Sanctuary Sdn Bhd is a leasehold resort-styled condominium built in the new township of Eco Sanctuary, which is nestled nearby Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam. Aluminum-framed glasses are installed for windows while timber doors make the entrances to all rooms. Rested on the floors are high quality porcelain and ceramic tiles to add a classy look to all rooms within the home. In terms of location, The Parque is connected to five major highways namely the KESAS, LKSA, ELITE, SKVE and West Coast Expressway and with many major trunk roads in between and new ones being planned.
