Bandar Baru Uda, Tampoi

Bandar Baru UDA (BBU) is an established suburban township in the central-northern part of Johor Bahru. It is a mature residential and commercial area, with a mix of terrace houses, flats, shop offices, schools, restaurants and local businesses.

The area is strategically located between Johor Bahru city centre and the northern/western suburbs, giving residents relatively easy access to major roads such as Jalan Tampoi and the Skudai Highway.

Surrounding areas include:

* Tampoi – directly to the north/west, with extensive commercial and industrial activity.
* Larkin – towards the southeast, providing access towards central JB.
* Danga Bay / Skudai Kiri – towards the southwest.
