    Armada Villa is a high-end, leasehold residential development located in Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur. The development came to fruition through a joint venture between Kuala Lumpur City Hall and long-standing developer in Taman Desa, Faber Development. The entire development was completed in March 2013.
