1 Puchong Business Park is a modern commercial area located in Bandar Puchong Jaya. It is situated near to IOI Business Park which is also one of the prominent landmarks in Puchong. It was developed by Teratai Seleksi with the first phase completed in 2009 and the second one in 2011.

Phase 1 of 1 Puchong Business Park consisted of 66 units of three and four-storey shop offices with a full floor of private basement carpark. Cerare also fitted with lifts. Meanwhile Phase 1A is an addition of ten blocks six-storey shop offices and a single block of 13 units 3-storey shop offices to Phase 1. After the success of the three phases, Teratai Seleksi have expressed interest to proceed with the Phase 1B, that is Podium Tower Block.
