Pantai Hillpark is a YTL Land & Development project that was completed in the early 1990's. Phase 3 is a low density condominiums of around 300 units of several low rise blocks and one high rise block.

The theme is Spanish style exterior wall finishing and terracotta roofing tiles with palm trees.

Despite being built in the 1990's the property is well maintained. One only has to walk through to appreciate the standard of cleaniness of the common areas, the driveways, the swimming pool and landscaping to appreciate it.

Low rise condominiums for this price range and location is rare these days. It sits in between KL City Centre and Shah Alam, not to mention it has KL post code and well within the rapidly developing zone of Bangsar South.

Easy access to Federal Highway and New Pantai Expressway and Universiti LRT Station is not far.

This particular unit is in the top floor unit in one of the low rise blocks with a certain degree of renovation. The two small bedrooms has been converted into one large bedroom.
