Allevia, Mont Kiara

Allevia is a product from UEM Sunrise Berhad. It’s a high-rise condominium in Mont’Kiara, and it was launched in October 2020. Allevia originates from the word ‘alleviate’. It means ‘to make something easier and to relieve a burden’. Thus, the development is designed to evoke calmness. Residents will enjoy the luxury of a high-rise residence that is low-density.
