Auction procedure
1) only external property inspections are permitted. No interior viewings allowed
2) registration with full name, ic number, and address is required by the bank
3) a 10% deposit based on the reserve price is mandatory to be eligible as a bidder
4) deposits will be refunded if the bid is unsuccessful
5) bidders should ascertain loan eligibility prior to the auction. Once the bidding is won, the deposit will be processed by the bank. If the bidder fails to finalize the procedure in time, the deposit will not be refunded, including cases of loan rejection.
