Star Residences is a freehold high-end residential project Star Residences is located along Jalan Yap Kwan Seng in Kuala Lumpur. It is developed with 1,700 units with 57 storeys in three residential blocks. Residential Tower 1 (RT1) was launched during the first phase at the end of 2014 and more than 80% from the offered 557 units have been adopted. RT2 and RT3 were launched correspondingly at the end of this year and early 2016 and was completed in 2019. The design of Star Residence is gorgeous for dressing up the night scenery of KL City. The 200 meter long Star Mini Walk of Fame is the first and is poised to be the next tourist landmark in Malaysia. Besides, Star Residences represents the ultimate living with 3 sky park and 100,000 sq ft (equivalent to 2 football fields) of exquisite facilities at Level 6 and Level 69. At the same time, the signature retails in Star Boulevard is another unique selling point of this project. It is directly connected to RT1. A few high-class and celebrity restaurants with Michelin Star, themed restaurants and gourmet coffee cafes are set to be opened here. Furthermore, Star Residences is just 400 meters away from KLCC. Its prime location in KL allows easy access to KLCC, public transport, Grade A Offices, banks and any part of the city. From major shopping complexes in the vicinity, Suria KLCC and Avenue K, to hotels like Coral Hotel and Mandarin Oriental, public park (KLCC park), and office buildings (Menara Maxis). Las Carretas Mexican Restaurant & Bar Star Residences developed by Alpine Return Sdn Bhd, a joint venture between Symphony Life Berhad (previously known as Bolton Bhd) and United Malayan Land Berhad. Both developers are Malaysian based property developers that have been around for more than 50 years. Besides, the official contractor for this project is Samsung C&T, whereas Veritas Design Group is the project’s architect. Other projects developed by Symphony Life Bhd and UM Land Bhd which can be referred include Elevia Residences and Shama Medini @ Johor. As mentioned above, the overall of the project is stated to be completed in 2019. The first phase (RT1) of the project was launched in the end of 2014 whilst the second and third phase (RT2 & RT3) are launched in the end of this year and early 2016 respectively. More than 80% of RT1 was sold since launch. The development’s listing price is from RM1,000,000 to RM5,000,000 at which the price ranging psf is between RM1,700 to RM2,200. The maintenance fee is priced at RM0.40 psf. Since the car park bay for each unit of RT1 is not included, the owners will have to rent their own car park for RM250 per month.
