Star Residences One, KLCC, KL City Centre

Star Residences is a freehold high-end residential project developed by Alpine Return Sdn Bhd, a joint venture between Symphony Life Berhad (previously known as Bolton Bhd) and United Malayan Land Berhad. It is located along Jalan Yap Kwan Seng in Kuala Lumpur. Both developers are Malaysian based property developers that have been around for more than 50 years. Besides, the official contractor for this project is Samsung C&T whereas Veritas Design Group is the project’s architect. Project’s expected completion time is estimated to be in 2019. It is developed with 1,700 units with 57 storey in three residential blocks. Residential Tower 1 (RT1) was launched during the first phase at the end of 2014 and more than 80% from the offered 557 units have been adopted. RT2 and RT3 are launched correspondingly in the end of this year and early 2016.

The design of Star Residences is gorgeous for dressing up the night scenery of KL City. The 200 meter long Star Mini Walk of Fame is the first and is poised to be the next tourist landmark in Malaysia. Besides, Star Residences represents the ultimate living with 3 sky park and 100,000s.f (equivalent to 2 football fields) of exquisite facilities at H?O @ level 6 and O?@ level 69. At the same time, the signature retails in Star Boulevard is another unique selling point of this project. It is directly connected to RT1. A few high-class and celebrity restaurants with Michelin Stars, Theme restaurants and gourmet coffee cafes are set to be opened here.
