Auction procedure
1) Property can only be viewed from the outside. Internal viewings are not permitted.
2) Registration at the bank requires full name, IC number, and address.
3) A deposit of 10% of the reserve price is necessary to qualify as a bidder.
4) The deposit will be refunded if the bidding does not succeed.
5) Bidders are encouraged to verify loan eligibility before participating in the auction. Upon winning, the deposit will be processed by the bank. No refunds will be issued for deposits if the bidder fails to complete the process in time, including cases of loan rejection.
6) Properties will be sold on an "as-is, where-is" basis.

IMPORTANT RULES:
- The headline must contain both minimum 10 characters and maximum 70 characters.
- The description must contain both minimum 50 words and maximum 2000 characters.
