Auction process
1) Only exterior inspections of the property are allowed. No internal viewings permitted.
2) Registration with the bank requires full name, IC number, and address.
3) To qualify as a bidder, a deposit of 10% of the reserve price is necessary.
4) If the bidding is unsuccessful, the deposit will be refunded.
5) Bidders are encouraged to confirm loan eligibility before participating in the auction. Once the bidding is won, the deposit will be retained by the bank. If bidders fail to complete the necessary procedures in time, no refund will be given for the deposit, including in cases of loan rejection.
6) The property will be sold on an 'as-is, where-is' basis.

IMPORTANT RULES:
- The headline must contain both minimum 10 characters and maximum 70 characters.
- The description must contain both minimum 50 words and maximum 2000 characters.
