The Breezeway is a mixed residential development comprising park homes (terrace houses) and condominiums, located in the well engineered Desa ParkCity gated and guarded township. It is sited near to SouthLake, Nadia and Safa.

There are 76 park homes units all together, where each unit has a built-up from about 2,900 sf. The park homes provide each intermediate unit with 3 car parks, while the corner unit provides up to 5 car parks. However, only 1 car park is allocated near the individual unit while the remaining car parks are at the condominium car park.

The condominium in The Breezeway on the other hand has about 130 units, with a built-up from 1,292 sf for each unit and lot size of 25x27. There are also duplexes with built-up size of about 1,800 sf. Each unit is allocated with 2 car parks.

Analysis
The Breezeway is one of the few existing park home based residential projects in Desa ParkCity. Its inclusion as a new area, with new designs to meet demands, would prove as an attraction for future buyers who prefer to live within landed properties and still enjoy the beauty of the landscaping works and modern facilities.

However there are some concerns of the density of the area. With many high rise buildings, the area might become too dense, and might lose its exclusiveness. Even so, Desa ParkCity has its own plus points, citing the easy accessibility, and the amenities provided within a short distance would prove tempting, and so it all comes down to choice.
