Many would love it here as most units are facing the beautiful forest reserve as well as the Kinrara Golf Course, even if one has a unit in the second or third row, they can still enjoy the splendid view of breath taking Kinrara gold Course by enjoying an evening stroll along the main road at the edge of the hill. Some residents had even renovated the flat car roof into a rooftop garden which is really creative and apart from all these wonderful selling points, the fact that amenities such as hypermarkets and the Bandar Puchong Jaya is located near to this residential area makes it more attractive to potential buyers although it is a leasehold development.
