Auction procedure
1) Only external property inspections allowed. No internal viewings permitted.
2) Registration with full name, IC number, and address is required at the bank.
3) A deposit of 10% on the reserve price is necessary to be eligible as a bidder.
4) The deposit will be refunded if the bidding does not succeed.
5) Bidders should verify loan eligibility prior to the auction. Upon winning the bid, the deposit will be processed by the bank. If the bidder fails to complete the process in a timely manner, the deposit will not be refunded, including cases of loan rejection.
6) The property will be sold on an "as is, where is" basis.

IMPORTANT RULES:
