The official topping out ceremony for ALAIA TITIWANGSA.

KUALA LUMPUR, 21 September 2026 – Windsor Land Group marks an important milestone in the development of ALAIA Titiwangsa, with the successful topping out of the 39-storey residential development in the heart of Titiwangsa, Kuala Lumpur.

The milestone signifies the completion of the building’s main structural works and represents an important step towards the completion of ALAIA Titiwangsa. More importantly, it reflects the Group’s commitment to seeing the development through with discipline, responsibility and a long-term perspective.

The topping out ceremony brought together key members of the project team who have been closely involved in the development and construction of ALAIA Titiwangsa. Representatives from TAGHILL, the project’s main contractor, joined the management and team of Windsor Land Group to commemorate the occasion and recognise the collective efforts that have brought the development to this significant stage.

Among those present were Wong Yih Ming, Tan Hing Hoo and John Leow from the TAGHILL management team, Kenneth Tan from Tago (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, Ar. Hanc Wang Hon Choon, the architect for Alaia Titiwangsa, together with Daryl Ng, Wong Wei Teik and Steven Chia from Windsor Land Group, alongside members of the respective project, construction and management teams.

A COMMITMENT TO COMPLETION

ALAIA Titiwangsa holds particular significance for Windsor Land Group as its first residential development in Malaysia. The development represents the beginning of a new chapter for the Group, bringing decades of experience in property investment, development and asset management across Hong Kong and Mainland China to Malaysia.

Windsor Land Group took over and managed the development from Tago Group in late 2023. Since then, works have advanced steadily and the topping out of ALAIA Titiwangsa marks the completion of the development’s main structural works, brings the project another step closer to its targeted completion.

For Windsor Land Group, the milestone is not simply about reaching the highest point of the building. It represents the responsibility undertaken when the Group assumed the development, and the trust placed in the project by its purchasers, partners and stakeholders.
