The LRT Sri Petaling Line makes Puchong more accessible with seven stations running through the township. The combined network of Sri Petaling Line and Ampang Line covers the distance of 45.1 km with 36 stations serving KL City Centre and industrial areas like Chan Sow Lin and Puchong Industrial Park.

As part of the Klang Valley Integrated Transit System, the LRT Sri Petaling/Ampang Link is linked to Kelana Jaya Line where commuters can change platforms at Putra Heights or Masjid Jamek LRT stations.
