Subang Jaya is a buzzing township and it is home to many chic cafés, restaurants and theme parks. It has grown into one of the most heavily populated cities in Selangor where many properties are situated in areas that have easy access to other parts of Klang Valley. On top of that, the extension of the Kelana Jaya LRT line across Subang Jaya has broadened the transport options and routes where LRT stations are within walking distance from one another.

Previously, we share with you 11 properties in Cheras near MRT stations. This time, we’ve mapped down 10 residences near Subang Jaya LRT stations that might catch your attention.

1. Subang Jaya LRT station

 

Saujana Residency is a luxurious serviced apartment that comes with an Olympic-sized swimming pool! This property is well-placed as it is located in the heart of SS 16. Also, the units are ranging from a 585 sq ft studio to 2,535 sq ft exclusive units with a private garden.

This residence is ideally located as it is about 400m from the Subang Jaya LRT station. Not just that, Subang Jaya KTM station is also a few steps away from the LRT station. From here, residents can take the KTM Port Klang – Rawang line to go to other destinations or interchange stations.

3. SS 18 LRT station

Subang Parkhomes is a condominium located in the thriving neighbourhood of SS19. Its exclusive layout offers 478 units of low-rise villas and condominiums that are perfect for young professionals and families. Besides that, residents can have a temporary escape from the hustle and bustle of the city as the property has lush facilities like a garden deck, a meditation garden, and a jogging track.

4. USJ 7 LRT station

Impian Meridian is strategically located in the heart of Subang’s Golden Triangle. As it is a mature neighbourhood, this area is surrounded by established amenities like Subang Jaya Medical Centre, Sunway Pyramid and colleges like SEGi and INTI.

Public transport is right at the doorstep for Impian Meridian residents. USJ 7 LRT is about 400m away from the property while USJ 7 BRT station is within arm’s reach! It offers an easy commute for those who make regular trips to Monash and Sunway University as the BRT is only two stops away from the station. It has the potential for student rentals!

5. Taipan LRT station 

Subang Perdana Goodyear Court 3 is a freehold apartment and it is located off Persiaran Kewajipan at UEP Subang Jaya. The property is also a 10-minute drive to Taipan Medical Centre while there are also many schools within its proximity. It is probably one of the most affordable residences in Subang Jaya compared to other residential properties in that area. The facilities include parking lots and a playground.

From here, residents can easily access the Taipan LRT as it is less than 200m away from the property! Besides, it is also connected to Shah Alam Highway via Persiaran Kewajipan.

6. Wawasan LRT station 

Rhythm Avenue is a high-rise condominium that is located at the top of the USJ 19 City Mall.  The units are ranging from 558 sf to 1,308 sf. Within the property itself, there is a wide range of facilities that allow residents to de-stress like sauna, jacuzzi and a squash court.

Residents here enjoy easy access to the Wawasan LRT station as it is only a walking distance! The LRT is about 200m away from the property while Main Place, One City, and Taipan are just next door.  Highways like ELITE, KESAS, LDP, Federal and Pantai also offer convenience to travel to other parts of KL and Selangor.

7. USJ 21 LRT station 

Tropika Paradise is a condominium that comprises a low-rise block, a high-rise block, and penthouse units. This condominium was developed by Sime Darby Property and it comes with facilities like a swimming pool, tennis court, gym, and playground.

It makes travelling to KL city centre and other parts of Klang Valley effortless as USJ 21 LRT station is within walking distance (300m) from the property. On top of that, it is accessible via LDP highway, Lebuhraya Utara – Selatan, KESAS Highway, NKVE & Federal Highway. Shopping is also as easy as ABC, as One City, The Summit and Main Place are within its proximity.

8. Alam Megah LRT station 

This serviced residence, The Square is a part of One City mixed integrated development that includes office suites, retail lots, serviced residences, shopping malls, and hotels. The Square offers Studio Soho and Duplex Soho suites with a nice view from the balcony and every floor comes with a roof garden!

The closest train is Alam Megah LRT station which is about 800m from the property. It is only two stops away from Putra Heights LRT station which links the Kelana Jaya and Sri Petaling Line.

9. Subang Alam LRT station 

Putra Residence is surrounded by the established neighbourhoods of Puchong, Shah Alam, Subang, Klang, Sg. Buloh and Damansara. This brand-new condominium has top-notch facilities for relaxation such as a floating jacuzzi and sunken cabana.

Subang Alam LRT station is approximately 750m from the property. Residents also enjoy the convenient accessibility to Cheras, Puchong, Klang, and Damansara via SKVE, KESAS, and Federal Highway.

10. Putra Heights LRT station

This property has easy access to Putra Heights LRT station. It’s about 300m away from Laman Putra. The station also serves as an interchange for Sri Petaling Lines. The highways also offer easy access to other townships such as Puchong and Shah Alam
