There is a reason why when you ask someone who has lived a while in Petaling Jaya if they would even consider living anywhere else, their answer is usually a no.

Better known as PJ, Petaling Jaya has come a long way from being just a satellite township for Kuala Lumpur (KL). These days PJ stands very much on its own. To many, it’s probably eclipsed KL as the more desired location to live in, in the Klang Valley.

We had previously shared the top 5 most searched properties in PJ to rent in 2019. Given the demand for properties in Petaling Jaya continues to grow, we thought we should expand that list a lot more to give you guys more options on properties to check out if you’ve looking to buy into the PJ hype.

Note: The high-rise properties in this article are shortlisted based on their popularity during the review period from January 2022 to November 2022. The properties below consist of apartments, condominiums and serviced residences and they are ranked in ascending order. The asking rental prices are based on the rental listings on iProperty.com.my as of 30 November 2022.
