Bayu Tasik 1 is an older condominium in Cheras. Nevertheless, it is still well-maintained and comes with decent facilities like a swimming pool, gymnasium, mini market, playground, salon, jogging track, security, etc. There’s a wide range of amenities around this area and it is easily accessible via Jalan Sri Permaisuri. It is also within easy reach of Maju Expressway (MEX).
