1) Tujuh Residences

MRCB Land launched the township’s first residential project, the Tujuh Residences. The high-rise project is part of the 94-acre Kwasa Damansara City Centre (KDCC).
The 29-storey apartment tower, comprising 573 units, offers one—to three-bedroom residential units ranging from 550 sq ft to 909 sq ft. The units are priced at RM476,000 and are expected to be completed in 2026.
2) Linari and Serene Kwasa Damansara

The first project planned by Impiana Land is Linari Kwasa Damansara, an 8.9-acre project with a GDV of RM450 million.
It offers 480 condominium units in two towers and 16 cluster townhouse units. The project, expected to be completed in 2027, will have a pedestrian walkway to Kwasa Damansara MRT station.
The second project by Impiana Land will be Serene Kwasa Damansara. The project, which will be developed in two phases, will consist of bungalows, link villas, semi-D homes, and condominium units.
The first phase, 30-acre Serene South Lakes, consists of 141 bungalows, link villas, and semi-D homes, while the second phase, The Park and Serene Hillside, will consist of two mid-rise blocks with 311 units and four low-rise and mid-rise condominiums with 468 units, respectively.
3) Laman Waringin

Called Laman Waringin, the 21.08-acre residential project by Gadang Holdings will offer 152 units of double-storey terrace homes and 668 units of condominiums.
The project will front a lush and extensive 28.91-acre green park, complemented by a 13.64-acre lake. The development designs will optimise river views, while lower levels will have a landscape garden deck to complement them.
Gadang Land plans to launch Laman Waringin in September 2024, which is expected to be completed in six years.

Dedaun Rimba is a 12.7-acre project developed by renowned developer YTL Land & Development Berhad. It offers 68 terraced units and 196 townhouses. The project features a lush greenery view with Central Park, Linear Park, and an exclusive Clubhouse.

Phase 1 will consist of 34 semi-D units ranging from 3,300 sq ft to 3,700 sq ft and one 5,004 sq ft bungalow unit, while Phase 2 offers 218 condominium units ranging from 950 sq ft to 1,500 sq ft and seven units of 2,974 sq ft town villas.
6) Idaman Kwasa Damansara

The township’s touted affordable housing project, Idaman Kwasa Damansara, is a partnership project between Gagasan Nadi Cergas and Permodalan Negeri Selangor Bhd.
The 39.12-acre project has a gross development value of approximately RM1 billion and will offer 4,694 affordable homes. The homes will be in four blocks, each with two types of units: 1,080 sq ft with four bedrooms and two bathrooms and 1,000 sq ft with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Priced at around RM250,000, all project units will be furnished with a television set, refrigerator, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, water heaters and air conditioners. Each unit will also be allocated two car parking spaces.
The first phase is slated for completion in 2026 and is expected to generate a population growth of 20,000 to Kwasa Damansara.
