Hub for Smart Living & Education
Located in Cyberjaya, edusphere digital is designed as a technology-enabled lifestyle hub combining residential living, education and healthcare services. The development is anchored by University of Cyberjaya and incorporates smart-home technology, dedicated pet-friendly spaces, and wellness facilities as an upgrade to the existing edusphere project.
According to the Group, the project forms part of its broader “Education City” concept, which integrates residential, commercial and institutional components across developments such as edumetro in Subang Jaya and edusentral in Setia Alam.
“edusphere digital marks a bold step forward in redefining how residential spaces are envisioned and experienced,” said Datuk Simon Kwan, Managing Director, Group Growth and Alliances, HCK Capital Group Berhad. “By merging smart-home technology with Cyberjaya’s bustling education hub, we are creating a space where ideas, opportunities, and futures converge, empowering communities to explore, engage, and invest in the next generation of learning. The inclusion of dedicated pet- friendly areas and a healthcare hub brings everything together in a place that is more than just a home.”
edusphere digital has an estimated GDV of RM1.21 billion and is expected to further enhance Cyberjaya’s position as a technology and education hub while strengthening HCK Capital’s portfolio of integrated education-themed developments amounting to approximately RM15.0 billion across the Klang Valley. Following the success of edusphere, which has seen much growth since the first Vacant Possession (VP) of its first phase in 2022, edusphere digital features 1.16 acres of resort-style facilities.
