Kuala Lumpur, 2 November 2026 – Armani Group and MBSB Bank Berhad today entered into a strategic partnership to enhance homeownership accessibility through innovative financing solutions, including access to up to 100% financing for eligible purchasers through MBSB Bank’s Home Advance 100 programme.

The initiative introduces MBSB Bank’s Home Financing-i and Home Advance 100 to buyers of selected Armani Group developments. Under Home Advance 100, eligible buyers can enjoy financing of up to 100%, providing greater financial flexibility, particularly for those looking to purchase their first or second home.

“Buying a property is a significant financial commitment, and we understand that securing the right financing is just as important as finding the right home,” said Dato Sri Azlan bin Azmi, Group Managing Director of Armani Hallson BB Sdn Bhd. “Through our collaboration with MBSB Bank, we hope to make the purchasing journey more straightforward by giving our customers easier access to financing advice and solutions that suit their needs. Beyond developing quality properties, we believe it is equally important to help buyers take the next step towards ownership with greater confidence,” Dato Sri Azlan added.

The collaboration is also expected to complement Armani Group’s upcoming property launches and ongoing projects, catering to homebuyers seeking quality developments and investors looking to expand their property portfolios.

Usman Ghouse, Group Chief Consumer Banking of MBSB said, “This collaboration with Armani Group reflects our commitment to making homeownership more accessible for Malaysians. Through our Home Advance 100 Programme, eligible buyers can obtain financing of up to 100%, giving them greater flexibility in managing upfront costs and empowering them to take the next step towards owning their dream home. The Home Advance 100 Programme provides financing for the purchase of a first or second residential property with a value ranging from RM500,000 to RM1.5 million. In addition to its attractive financing package, the programme allows customers to finance eligible incidental costs associated with the facility, up to 5% of the lower of the Sale and Purchase Price or Open Market Value.”
