It is unsurprising that these homes are owned by tycoons, mogul, and royals. Some of them are so expensive, they look no less than the palaces. From an indoor cinema to a rooftop deck and pool, the personal touches in some of these homes are everything you could ever wish for.
We make a list of 10 most expensive homes in Malaysia for 2018 based on the review period from January 2018 to December 2018. The information is from the Valuation and Property Services Department (JPPH) that has been compiled by brickz.

10. Bungalow, Country Heights, Kajang (RM8 mil)

This beautifully landscaped neighbourhood of Country Heights Kajang is home for the elite society. It is located about 23km away from KL city centre. Every inch of the area surrounded by lush tropical greenies that offer total privacy and relaxation. 3. Bungalow, Lebuhraya Codrington, Pulau Tikus (RM 22 mil)

Lebuhraya Codrington (Codrington Avenue) was named after the acting Resident Councillor of Penang, Stewart Codrington. Kenny Hills is only 10 to 15 minutes’ drive to Bangsar, Mont Kiara, and KL city centre and it has easy access to DUKE Highway, PLUS highway and Lebuhraya Sultan Iskandar.
