The surrounding area of Sungai Besi is already served by the LRT and is located near the integrated transport terminal, Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS).After a history of delays and shifting partnerships, the Bandar Malaysia project is now being driven by KLCC (Holdings) Sdn Bhd (KLCCH), a subsidiary of Petronas, which acquired the 486-acre site in October 2024.
