I am a Senior Real Estate Negotiator and a USA-Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) with 19 years of experience in the Malaysian property industry. 

Since 2005, I have sold and rented many types of properties including bungalows (detached houses), semi-detached, super links, terraced houses, service apartments, condominiums, flats and commercial properties.

I have received many awards and incentives for my achievements from my previous agencies i.e. Reapfield Properties Sdn Bhd (2005...) and Azmi & Co Sdn Bhd (2015...).

Since January 2019, I have joined IQI Realty Sdn Bhd to focus more on project marketing and gain experience dealing with Malaysian and international top property developers.

* Bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Planning, International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM)
* Prince2 Practitioner Certificate in Project Management, University of Westminster, UK.
