Since entering the real estate industry in 2016, I have been actively assisting clients in property sales, purchases, and leasing, including large commercial buildings and industrial assets.

Since 2018, I have focused primarily on the industrial real estate sector, covering factories, industrial land, and land development opportunities. My approach goes beyond property transactions — I place strong emphasis on land usability, logistics, industrial requirements, and long-term development potential to help clients make informed decisions.
Prior to real estate, I was involved in chemical fertilizer sales and accumulated experience in the palm oil industry. This background provides me with practical insight into agriculture, industrial operations, and land utilization.

Since 2020, I have integrated drone technology into land viewing and preliminary site assessment, allowing clients to evaluate terrain, surroundings, and development potential more efficiently and accurately.
