Victor Lim

Victor brings 18 years of real estate expertise across Malaysia and international markets. He began his career with leading property developers in sales, marketing, research, and property management before moving into agency practice in 2010.

Today, Victor specializes in corporate real estate, commercial leasing, and investment sales with over RM400 million in commercial transactions concluded in recent years. His strong market insight and sharp negotiation skills have consistently delivered winning results for clients.

Before joining PropNex Malaysia, Victor held key leadership roles including Head of Leasing at Savills Malaysia and Head of Corporate Services at CBD Properties. He has been recognized with multiple industry honours, including Leadership Award winner, Champion Top Producer, Commercial REN of the Year, MIEA Million Dollar Achiever (2023 & 2025), and Realtors RoundTable Millionaire (2025).
