My career has been shaped by leadership roles in both renowned property consultancies and emerging property development companies, where I’ve worked with high-net-worth clients and international partners across various sectors.

My journey began as a Valuation Executive at Rahim & Co International, where I developed expertise in site inspections, market studies, and valuation reporting. I progressed into business development, focusing on land acquisition, investment analysis, and project feasibility, which strengthened my understanding of market dynamics and investment opportunities.

As a Senior Project Marketing Executive at Triterra Group and later as an acting Head of Sales and Marketing at an emerging property development company, I led innovative marketing strategies and established strong connections with key clients. This was followed by my tenure as Leasing Manager at Amanahraya-Kenedix REIT, where I managed over 300 tenants across multiple commercial portfolios and executed asset enhancement initiatives to maximize portfolio value.

My role as a Transaction Manager at CBRE for the APAC portfolio was pivotal in expanding my regional network and honing my negotiation skills. I collaborated with APAC professionals to manage global MNC portfolios, gaining invaluable experience in lease and sales negotiations and strengthening my strategic insight.

Currently, as a Team Leader at Dutama Properties (Currently Zeon Properties International), I specialize in Kuala Lumpur’s luxury branded real estate and premium office spaces. My expertise, combined with my global network and in-depth market knowledge, allows me to offer tailored property solutions that consistently exceed client expectations.
