Hello!
Many thanks for visiting my page.
I am Viannie from CBD Properties (USJ) Sdn Bhd. My aim is to be able to help smooth-en the process of finding / selling / renting / tenanting your property regardless if you are a first time home owner or an investor or new to Malaysia and looking to rent / buy a home in this country.
I am especially empathetic to expats and foreigners settling into a new country for I myself have been in the same shoes for more than a decade settling into three new countries with very different culture before I finally settle back into my home country.
For overseas friends who are looking to settle in Malaysia, our team is able to help you and your family with "Malaysia My 2nd Home (MM2H)" application as well as settling in services.
I speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese.
Look forward to provide professional services to you.
Warm regards,
Viannie Chua PEA 4348
