Hi, I’m Tom Ooi, a dedicated property agent based in Penang. I handle new projects, sub-sale properties, and rentals, helping clients buy and sell homes with genuine care and commitment. 🏠🏢🏨🇲🇾🪙🥂
My focus areas are Tanjung Tokong and Gelugor, including residences such as The Tamarind, Tri Pinnacle, The Peak, Jalan Permai landed houses, and Ideal Residency. You can also check my profile for listings in other Penang areas.
With a background in customer service, I have learned to listen with empathy and provide practical solutions. Landlords appreciate my patience and clear communication.
Within my first month, I successfully closed few house sales and several rentals, and I am grateful for every client’s trust.
I aim to grow into a professional and trusted agent, always improving my knowledge and service and I truly hope to help you find your ideal home in Penang. 🥳😊
