Tim Wong

Tim Wong began his real estate journey at just 23, right after graduating with an Honours Degree in Business Information Systems in 2008. Driven by a passion for beautiful homes and the freedom of a dynamic career, he chose real estate over a routine corporate path.

Despite early struggles, Tim’s persistence and focus on excellent customer service helped him rise quickly in the competitive industry. By 2010, he became one of the youngest Top Achievers in his company, and at 29, he celebrated a major milestone — earning his first RM1 million.

Over the years, Tim grew into a respected Senior Real Estate Negotiator, property investor, and leader. In 2015, he co-founded the Glow Division, where he shared his strategies, inspired teamwork, and nurtured future talents.

Today, Tim is a Registered Estate Agent (E2962) and the Founder of Glow Estates, established on 1st September 2020. His vision is to build one of Malaysia’s most trusted and dynamic property agencies, driven by passion, perseverance, and innovation.
