Over 20 years experience in the Property Consultancy Industry, specializing in individual needs and advisory services

I hold a Bachelors Degree in Business majoring in Property from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), registered Valuer and Estate Agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, and Estate Agents, Malaysia (BOVAEA). I am also a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Institute of Surveyors, Malaysia (ISM) and Association of Valuers and Property Consultants in Private Practice Malaysia (PEPS). 

I lead a multi disciplined professional practice offering residential and commercial real estate services in valuation and advisory services, estate agency, property management and property consultancy known as Sang Associates. I have work and industry experience in Australia and Malaysia where I held management positions in the valuation for a diverse range of properties, real estate agency for international companies & embassies, expatriate leasing, office leasing and project marketing.
