Hi, I’m Ron Ong from Jesselton Property.
I specialize in property sales and rentals in Kota Kinabalu, Penampang and surrounding areas. My focus is to understand what each client needs and provide practical, straightforward advice based on the property, location and budget.
I also operate my own Airbnb business, Ron Suite KK, giving me hands-on experience in short-term accommodation, property management, rental demand and property investment.
This allows me to look at property from both an agent’s and an owner’s perspective, providing practical advice to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
Whether you are buying your first home, upgrading, investing, renting or selling, I’m here to make the process easier — from property selection and viewing to negotiation and completion.
Professional service. Honest advice. Local property knowledge.
