Kelvin Lee

I'm Kelvin Lee, the founder of a real estate agency with over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. My journey began after a career in software development, where I made a bold move into real estate in pursuit of greater growth, flexibility, and fulfillment.

Over the years, I’ve built a dynamic and passionate team that focuses on delivering results across three key areas:
1. Project Marketing – specialising in residential and mixed-use developments
2. Commercial Properties – including retail lots, office spaces, and shoplots
3. Industrial Properties – covering factories, warehouses, and industrial land

I’ve also completed my Diploma in Estate Management and am currently registering as a Estate Agent (E2946) with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP). With a strong belief in teamwork, integrity, and client success, I continue to grow both professionally and personally, while helping others achieve their real estate goals.
