Joseph Ding

I am an authorized property negotiator currently attached to  TEACHREALTORS SDN BHD. My origins are humble; I was raised in a village in Sitiawan, Perak along with a family of 10 siblings. In the year 1982, I moved to the flourishing city of opportunities, Petaling Jaya and have established my home with my spouse and 3 children ever since. For this reason, I consider myself rather familiar with the area and I’m glad I’m able to employ this knowledge to assist clients in the sales and purchases of properties. In fact, I find a great amount of joy and satisfaction undertaking each case owing to the passion I bear in aiding my clients’ needs and demands. I am a firm believer of sustaining my individuality and integrity, for I perceive any dishonest practice as a potential stain to my credibility and ability to gain trust from my clients whom I dearly value. In my practice of real estate I am well known for appreciable customer service, effective communication and paying sharp attention to detail in ensuring a pleasant and positive experience for all parties in a transaction involving buyers, sellers, cooperating agents, legal entities etc. All in all, I place great emphasis on providing assistance in all necessary aspects and more in order to deliver a win-win deal!
