Hello, I’m Jessie Lim, Senior Real Estate Negotiator at CiD Realtors.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Hons) and bring with me over 17 years of extensive experience in the real estate industry.

I began my journey in real estate with two of Malaysia’s most reputable and award-winning developers, where I was privileged to be part of transformative and future-shaping developments—including large-scale integrated townships and urban regeneration projects. This foundational experience instilled in me a deep appreciation for long-term vision, structural innovation, and the importance of aligning market needs with meaningful outcomes — a mindset of adaptability and breakthrough, shaped by continuous evolution. 

Later, I joined Hartamas Real Estate Sdn Bhd, where I specialized in luxury residential, secondary market transactions, and commercial property. My client-centric approach, combined with an intuitive understanding of timing and value, earned me the distinction of being named Top Agent in 2018, 2019, 2022, and 2023. I strongly believe that every meaningful client encounter is no coincidence—it’s the result of connection, readiness, and trust.

I also possess deep local knowledge, particularly around KL Sentral, with a strong track record in both residential project marketing and asset repositioning in the resale market.

Currently, I’m proud to be part of CiD Realtors, focusing on industrial and commercial real estate across Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam, Klang, and Petaling Jaya. I collaborate closely with business owners, SMEs, and investors to provide decisive, insight-driven solutions that support strategic growth, capital efficiency, and operational expansion.
