Inspired by Richard Ker, and #DWIT Enoch Khoo, let me tell my REN60992 story.  This is my 3rd attempt as Real Estate Negotiator.  1st stint was with Chester properties from 2007 till 2012 October.  Why I joined as REN?  

My exposure and interest in both Real estate investments and Cars was way back in 1982 when my dad tagged 3 years old me along to visit Faber Ria Sales gallery and went through the buying process (both Cars and Condos).  

While Passion of cars survived all these years.  My passion in real estate was buried in 1992. It’s because my dad doesn’t take me seriously.  I was devastated.  

Back to my stint at Chester Properties.  I closed 13 subsales (all co-broke) and 1 bulk project Sale.  Silly me didn’t know REN License was 3 months away.  I could have 3 digit REN No.  Aiya!  I spent 10 years selling new Hyundai and Toyotas. 

I loved writing.  I was a blogger from 2006 to 2021.  

I sold a total of close to 110 cars total over 8 years.  I was in between job for 2 years.  It was Oct 2022 I decided to Returned as REN.  Long story short, my REN60992 tag arrived 1 December 2022.  

My 2nd stint was with IQI properties Medan28.  It lasted 5 months only as I was “unteachable” back then and having fear of cold calling, public presentation, rejection.  I gave a lot of excuses.  At the end of 5th month, I was told to leave being ”Inactive agent”. 

My 3rd stint as REN60992 came knocking 23 July 2023 with Knight Frank Property Hub.  Thank You Deputy Managing Director Reeve Thang for giving me a chance to be in His team.  I officially joined 1 August 2023.  Well, sadly, I brought my IQI Attitude with me.  Until I hit the Wall.

The Turning point was 3 November 2023.  I saw a future self.  I dreamed myself eating people’s leftovers at AEON Food court.  My “Guardian Angel (Holy Spirit) told me this might be me if I don’t buck up.  My breakthrough came Feb 2024.  Closed 2 cases.
